The Canadian Bandurist Capella is located in the Toronto area in Canada.

Weekly rehearsals take place at the Ukrainian National Federation Cultural Centre at 145 Evans Avenue, on the South Eastern corner on Islington and Evans Roads intersections in Etobicoke, Toronto with the exception of the last  Thursday of every month when rehearsals are conducted at St.Volodymyr Cultural Centre at 1280 Dundas St. West, Oakville, Onatrio.

The Capella currently consists of members from many areas of Southern Ontario and primarily serves the Ukrainian-Canadian communities within Southern Ontario, as well as various communities throughout Canada.

Rehearsal times:    Every Thursday

7:00  - 7:15 - Hall opens up 

7:15  - 7:30 - Tune up Banduras

7:30  - 7:50 - Voice Warm-ups 

7:50  - 8:40 - Sectional rehearsals & Banduras warm up exercises and instrumental works

8.40  - 8.50 - Break

8.50 -10:00 - Full rehearsal. Run through what is being prepared for performances.

 

Saturdays or Sundays ~ rehearsals are prior arranged as required.
